Q: What is Celebrity Squares?
A: Celebrity Squares gives you all the celebrity news you want in one convenient place, on your cell-phone or the web. Members can also play the Celebrity Squares Game to earn Loyalty Points for great rewards.
Q: How do I get news alerts?
A: Premium members can get UNLIMITED celebrity news headlines and article summaries on their cell phone, just text NEWS to 258258 to get the next alert. We'll send you one a week to start. Basic members can read news headlines only on the website.
Q: Can I see the full stories?
A: Premium members can click to view full-text celebrity news articles for all our headlines under "Recent News" on the My Profile page. Basic members can also click to view full-text news articles on the My Profile page, but only if the article mentioned a celebrity that matched a spot on your card (listed under "Gamecard Matches").
Q: How do I play?
A: First, sign up because you have to be a member to play. Each time a round starts, we give you a game card with 24 sets of random celebrity initials. Each time a celebrity in the news matches initials on your card, we mark the spot. We mark the center square to give you a headstart. The first member with five spots in a row, vertical, horizontal, or diagonal, wins! Everyone gets 50 points for starting a round, 50 more points for each spot marked on their card, and a 1000 point bonus if you win! Premium members are automatically entered in the next round, web-only Basic members have to enter each round manually on the Current Game tab of the MyProfile page.
Q: How do I earn Loyalty Points?
A: To earn Loyalty Points, play the Celebrity Squares Game! Everyone gets 50 points for starting a round, 50 more points for each spot marked on their card, and a 1000 point bonus if you win!
Q: What things can I do from my cell phone?
A: Premium members can use the following commands by texting them to 258258 from their cell-phone:
CARD -- get a snapshot of your game card, how many points you won this round, and more
NEWS -- get the next hot celebrity news headline or alert
HELP -- get basic customer service information on your phone
Q: How can I see my game card?
A: Premium members can text CARD to 258258 to view their card on their cell-phone. Basic members (Premium members, too!) can view their game card on the website by logging in and clicking "My Profile".
Q: How do I read the game card I see on my phone?
A: When you text the CARD command, we send a snapshot of your game card as a text message. There's not much room, so we had to abbreviate. We show you the 5x5 game card with "X" for marked squares and "O" for unmarked squares. We also give you a list of any celebrity initials that matched on your card.
Q: Can I play two game cards at once?
A: Sorry, you can only play one game card at a time.
Q: I saw one of my celebrities in the news and I think you missed it. What's with that?
A: We get our celebrity news alerts from a news wire service, so while we get virtually all of the big stories, we can't guarantee that we get all stories from every source. We're constantly working to expand our reach and cover more celebrity news events.
Q: What can I do with these Loyalty Points?
A: You can redeem the Loyalty Points you earn in the Celebrity Squares Game for great brand-name rewards like restaurant gift cards, gadgets, even iPods and more! Rewards cost you nothing but Loyalty Points; there is no shipping fee, no handling fee, no nothing fee. Earn enough points, tell us what you want, tell us where to ship it, and it's yours!

Q: How do the prize drawings work?
A: We give away $500 cash to one winner every month, and in April, we are having a Grand Prize drawing for $100,000 CASH! Every time Premium members start a round of the Celebrity Squares Game, they get a new entry into that month's $500 drawing AND into the $100,000 Grand Prize drawing. Basic members and non-members can enter any drawing at no cost by sending a written entry according to the Contest Rules.
Q: I forgot my password, can you help?
A: On the Log In screen there is a link "Re-send my Password." That's the ticket; click it. On the next screen, enter your cell phone number if you are a Premium member or your User ID if you are a Basic member, and we will text you or email you your password.
Q: How can I cancel the service?
A: Premium members can text STOP to 258258 and we will cancel your paid membership immediately. We are required to send one final text message to confirm that you are cancelled, and you will receive no further text messages or charges from us. If we previously charged your membership fee it may appear on your next cell phone bill, but that's the last you'll hear from us. Basic members can cancel their membership by logging into the site, going to the My Profile Page, clicking the "Edit My Profle" link under "My Settings", then clicking the "Delete My Account" link at the bottom of the My Info page. If you cancel your Basic membership, you lose all of your Loyalty Points.

A: Our live-operator customer support desk is available for Premium members 24 hours a day, toll-free, at 1-800-477-3913. Basic members can submit customer support requests using the on-line form on the website and we will respond within one business day.
